MATCHLESS LOVE (Poem)

Sometimes I wonder
Why You even bother
About someone like me
Deep in sin
Filled with guilt
Condemned to perish
Not worthy of Your presence.
Still You came to earth
Took on the form of flesh
'cause Your love couldn't permit
To condemn me to perish.
So forever will I cherish
Your gift of love so divine.
Saviour of my soul,
Moment with You is special
I never want it to end.
So I'm gonna take this moment
And I'll always remember it
I'll make it last forever.
You're more than I thought You'll ever be.

I was to preach in an online Bible study meeting early this week. The message was centered on how we are to relate with others. Funny enough, the temptation started just hours before the meeting commenced. My siblings did some things that annoyed me, but I knew they didn't mean it.  Are you breathing? Check again, are you breathing? Then I have news for you, there's still hope.  There are a lot of things going on around us in the world today, many things that could make us compare ourselves with others and thereby making us see our inadequacies, errors, flaws, etc..  But let me ask again, are you breathing? So God is not done with you.  Take away your focus from others. Take your eyes away from anything that is not God. When we shift our focus away from God, when we take our eyes off Him, we try to direct our lives ourselves thereby causing frustrations and all.  Just keep your eyes on Jesus.  You're alive and breathing is a chance to take the right decisions, it's another chance to get right with God if you're not yet His child, it's a chance to choose right. Don't relegate yourselves or think low and shallow about yourself. You're needed by your generation. Seek God so you can find your purpose. He created you, you are not a mistake...
